Liberal’s Rule Change Bites Back

It has been over a week since Hillary lost the election to Trump and the fear expressed by liberals about what the Trumpster’s administration will look like is coming into focus.  Remember the far left elite that blindly followed Obama into a first term that benefited a majority in both chambers of congress?  Now, imagine the same thing – except, flip the script to a group of ultra right wingnuts.  It is a good thing that the founding fathers understood the power inherent to the Executive and put in place a check, approval through advice and consent of the U.S. senate to Executive appointments.

Election Predictions 2016 pt 1

Only three more days and we should have a conclusion to one of the most vile of federal elections.  How nice it will be to get back to listening to people bitch about the crappy job congress and the president are doing.  No more  sitting through mindless interviews with party demagogues that parrot sound bites and sling mud rather than answering the question.  Thank Dog!  I wonder if the CDC tracks the incidence of suicides during POTUS election cycles?

Poll Predictions & Debates

There are many things about this years POTUS election that bother me but the biggest is that two influential (and sane) candidates were not invited to participate in the internationally broadcasts presidential debates.  With tonight’s final debate in the works, the five national polls used by the majority-party controlled Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) do not show Gary Johnson or Jill Stein at the 15% threshold of likely voters.
